1790 - July 9, Wife: Elizabeth, use of plantation and all land during widowhood, reversion to son George, the plantation whereon I live, it being on road from T___t's Bridge to Tarborough adjoing James Braswell, Herrick Creek, Raccoon Branch, Isham Hines to Elias Fort's line. Lend wife use of all slaves, reversion to children. Sons: George, plantation whereon I live. John, other plantation and remainder of land. Each dau (not named) when marry, 2 cows and calves, horse, value of 10 L. 1 saddle. Exr: John Battle, William ----- Gray, ______? Winn. Wit: James Williford, Charles Gray Feb Ct 1791 (WB C P 163)
