John Stuart appeared before the JP in Marion District, South Carolina, in which he stated that he was at the house of Daniel Campbell in South Carolina "on Saturday, the 13th day of December 1800" when Nathan Braswell made his nuncupative will naming his wife Margaret and an unnamed underaged son as his heirs. "Stewart" also witnessed the will and stated that Nathan Braswell died on 17 December 1800.
