BRASWELL, Abner, date of will 9 Apr 1807, Proved May Ct. 1807, "weake in body bot of sound mind and memory"...pay my just debts- wife Nancy Braswell to have ½ all my estate real and personal during her natural life- to daughter Zilpha Braswell the other ½ of my estate to be managed by my executors and to be paid to her at her marriage or when she becomes of age.
