In consideration of $200 conveys 250 acres in Franklin County on waters of Nails Creek adjacent Slown, Hailey, Daniel. Wit: William Little, James Brazel, Ja's H Little J.P. 1815 - April 4, John Williamson and wife Sarah "X" of Franklin County to Joshua Baker of aforesaid. In consideration of $750 conveys 570 acres in Franklin County on waters of Stephens Creek, granted to Joseph Willson adjoining lands held by General F. Beal, Samuel Phillips and lands of the estate of Anday Williamson deceased. Wit: John R. Brown, W.F. Bagwell J.P. Sarah Williamson relinquished her dower rigt same date. 1817 - April 15, Frederick "X" Brazzel of Franklin County to Henry Mann of aforesaid. In consideration of $300 conveys 100 acres in Franklin County on waters of Broad River and Dog Creek, adjoining Arther, Cloud. Wit: Simeon Seals, R. Weems J.P. Recorded January 22, 1821 (DB B P 53)
