1798 – May 23, Jacob Brazelle married Celia Bryan in Liberty County, Georgia.

1799 – August 15, Liberty County, Georgia. Jacob Brazell having in proper form applied to me for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Matthew Brient, late of said county, this is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of said deceased, to be and appear in my office within the time prescribed by law and show cause, if any they can, why letters of administration should not be granted. 1815 - Lost or mislaid the following notes of hand, to wit: one given by Jacob Braswell to Jacob Summerlin, for $250, dated in December, 1815...One given by Jacob Summerlin to myself for $60, due the same time as the above note. All persons therefore are forewarned from

1850 - Abbigale McDuffe, age 76 on the Irwin County, Georgia Census and claimed North Carolina as her place of birth.

1860 - Abigail McDuffie, age 87 on the Irwin County, Georgia Census, and claimed North Carolina as her place of birth. She was born 1774 and died 1873 according to information on a monument in Mount Zion Cemetery. If she is the daughter of Jacob Braswell, he was born about 21 years before Abigail, making his estimated birth year 1753, give or take a little. The monument gives her name as Abigail Currie McDuffie.
