WILLIAM MIMS BRASWELL of Houston County, Georgia, a Bankrupt, having filed his petition praying that a full discharge from his debts may be decreed and allowed, and a certificate thereof be granted to him—Notice is hereby given to all creditors who have proved their debts, and other persons in interest to appear at the Court house in the city of Savannah on the third day of January next, at 11 o’clock A.M. to show cause why such a discharge and certificate shall not be granted.
