* Bythal Braswell, 1841



Will date 21 Jan 1841, date recorded Feb Ct. 1842,

"sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory"... it is my will that all of my estate be sold and all my just debts be paid, remainder to be equally divided beloved children viz. Jacky D. Peel, Wilie Braswell, Calvin Braswell, Sereny Thornell and Frances Braswell, to them and their heirs; I give to my "beloved friend Moses Price and Robert Barnes whom I constitute ordain and appoint my hole sole executors of this my last will and testament all and singular my lands messerages and tenements by them freely to possessed and enjoyed";
