Georgia Bibb County} This indenture Made this - day of February in the year of Lord one thousand Eight hundred & twenty five between James Osborn of the County of Henry & State aforesaid of the One part & Britan Braswell of the county & State Aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the Said James Osborn for and in Consideration of the Sum of two hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at or before the Sealing & delivery of this indenture the Receipt Where of is hereby acknowledged doth grant Sale Convey and enfeoff unto him the Said Britan Braswell his heirs and assigns forever all that Tract Lot or Parcel of Land lying & being in the 4th district Originally Huston Now Bibb County and State Aforsd known in the plan of Said Distric By Number Eighty One adjoining Land of Wm English Alexander ----- And on-- Containing two hundred & two & half Acres Drawn by and Granted to Moulton Peacock of the County of Washington and State Aforesaid with all Singular the Right M------ profits and improvements Thereunto being or belonging to him his heirs and assigns to have and to hold forever and the Said James Osborn does hereby warrant & forever Defend the aforesaid Land and premises to him the Said Britan Braswell His heirs executor or administrators against himself his heirs or assigns and all other persons Whatsoever in Witness Whereof the Said James Osborn hath Set here unto his hand & Seal in the presence of
