Esq one of the senior J------- of the sd County bearing Date the 19th Day of Jan 1784 I have measured & laid out unto John Homes ---Tract of Land in Wilkes County on Long Creek in------- a place called Queens Cabbins in Lieu of an old Warrant of Samson Brazill, bounded eastwardly by Land of John Milner, southwardly by Ben Smith, weswardly by John Perri- & northwardly by vacant Land. Having such Form Marks & Shape natural & artificial as the above Plat represents. Certified this 29th Day of January 1784.
