Surveyed 17 October 1836. Wm. BRASWELL and Leroy BRASWELL, SCC. This entry called for including the old LEACH improvement but is prevented by a line of an older survey of Wm. BATES. Entry No. 4034 dated 5 October 1835 surveyed for Sampson BRAZWELL’s 25 acres on the waters of Dry Fork of Smiths Fork, SE corner of the tract said BRASWELL now lives on, on side of mountain. Surveyed 1 November 1835. Wm. & Lea BRAZWELL, CC. It appears that the Copy calls to run 12 poles south from the 50 acre corner instead of east which was a miscall therefore run it as laid down. J.B.
