William, Nathan & Benjamin Brassell, Anson Co., NC 1783

No. 731 Know ye, that we have granted unto WILLIAM BRASSELL one hundred acres of land in Anson County, on the South West side of Peedee river on Ray fork Begining at a white oak standing on the banks of said Creek and runs south twenty five West twenty Two Chains and seventy five links to a post Oak then north sixty five West forty four chains and seventy five links to a stake between three red Oaks then north twenty five Eas twenty two chains and forty links to a sweet gum standing on the Bank of said Creek then up the Various courses of said creek to the Begining. To Hold unto the said WILLIAM BRASSELL his heirs and assigns for ever. dated the fourteenth day of October 1783. Alex: Martin J. Glasgow Secretary

Know ye, that we have granted unto NATHAN BRASSELL one hundred acres of land in Anson County on the South West side of Pee Dee river on Pelhams Fork begining at a hicory and runs north thirty chains and twenty five links to a post oak then East thirty Three chains and twenty five links to a post oak then west thirty three chains and twenty five links crossing said Creek to the begining. To Hold unto the said NATHAN BRASSELL his Heirs and assigns forEver. Dated the fourteenth day of October 1783.

Know ye, that we have granted unto BENJAMIN BRASSELL one hundred acres of land in Anson County, on the South West side of Pee Dee River on Pelhams fork begining at a post Oak in NATHANL BAILY's line and runs with the said BAILEY's line north eighty West fifteen chains crossing of said fork to a red Oak then south forty five west nineteen chains to a post Oak then South Twenty seven chains to a red Oak then north eighty five East six chains to NATHAN BRASSELL's corner post oak then with the said BRASSELL's line East Twenty three chains crossing of said creek to a stake in said BRASSELL's line then north thirty seven chains to the Begining. To Hold unto the said BENJAMIN BRASSELL his Heirs and Assigns forEver. dated the fourteenth day of October 1783.
