Whereas AVERILLA BRAZELL hath applied to me for Letters of Administration of all and Singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of JACOB BRAZELL late of Camden District Deceased, These are therefore to Cite and Admonish all and Singular the Kindred and Creditors of the said Deceased to be and appear before me in the Court of Ordinary to be held in Camden on the Twelfth day of March next to Shew Cause if any they have why the said Administration should not be granted. KNOW ALL MEN by these Presents that AVERILLA BRAZELL Widow and Relict of JACOB BRAZELL late of Camden District Deceased WILLIAM NETTELS and JOHN MACK KINNEY of the same place are jointly and Severally held and firmly bound unto Henry Hampton Esquire Ordinary of the said District in the full and just Sum of Three Thousand Pounds Sterling to be paid to the said Henry Hampton or his Successors in the said Office for the time being Attorney or Assigns which payment well and truly to be made We bind ourselves and each of us Our and every of Our Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these Presents Sealed with Our Seals and Dated this 18th day of May in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty seven and in the Eleventh Year of the Sovereignty and Independence of the United States of America.


WHEREAS Administration of all and Singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of JACOB BRAZELL late of the said District of Camden Deceased was lately granted to the above bound AVERILLA BRAZELL by the said Henry Hampton.


NOW THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that ____ AVARILLA BRAZELL shall and do well and truly Administer all _____ the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits which were of the Said JACOB BRAZELL Deceased and which shall come into the Hands of the aforesaid AVARILLA BRAZELL to be Administered and make Distribution of all that shall remain after payment of the said Deceaseds Debts and Funeral expences in due course of Law then this obligation to be Void otherwise to be and remain in full force and Virtue.

That you will make a time and all the Rights and Credits of the Deceased and pay his Debts --- that you will make a true and full inventory of all the
