Bk. B, p. 465. Sampson BRASWELL to Samuel WILLIAMS, Sr., 640 acres lying on Dry Creek. Whereas Nathaniel BRASWELL by deed of trust dated the 25th of May 1839 conveyed to me in trust a tract of land in Dist. #4, 640 acres, south with BAREN’s line which deed was made to secure to Henry HART the payment of $221 with power to sell if debt not paid by 1 June 1840.
